Innovative Hospitality - Chef Qualifications, Liquor Licensing and Food Safety Innovative Hospitality has been delivering hospitality training since 1996. Level 4 Cookery Assessment of Chefs and Cooks
We have approval from the ServiceIQ to assess the current & prior skills and knowledge of people currently working as a chef or Cook to see if they meet the standard required for a New Zealand National Certificate Qualification in Cookery.
Please Note: we have recently revised our assessment process to meet the requirements of the latest version of the National Certificate in Cookery Level 4 version 5. The Level 3 cookery qualification is now a prerequisite for the Level 4 qualification therefore our new process assesses both the Level 3 & Level 4 Cookery qualification making it a more complex assessment taking more time than was required under the previous version of the qualification.

For businesses in the Greater Wellington, Kapiti, Horowhenua & Wairarapa we can assist with applications for On & Off Licences (both new and renewals).
If you wish to be involved in the sale or supply of liquor to the public or members of a club, and you do not have a current liquor licence, then you will need to make a formal application for a licence. This is done through the District Licensing Committee (DLC) attached to your local council. Generally, if there are no complications, it will take approximately six weeks for an application to be processed.
We can select the appropriate licence or licenses for you and can make the application on your behalf. We can assist you to complete your application to ensure a speedy granting of your licence. Contact Bridget Stewart (021) 889-475 or Free Phone 0800 929-8646 Email:
